1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of ASPAR's services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Our Services

ASPAR LLC (Association for Scam Protection and Retrieval) provides claims management services to help victims of fraud recover money from their banks. We are registered in Alabama (Reg. #532514 AL) and operate in compliance with CFPB guidelines.

3. Fees

Our fees range from 15% to 25% of any money recovered, depending on the complexity of your case. We operate on a "no win, no fee" basis - if we don't recover any money for you, you don't pay us anything.

4. Your Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your case. You must cooperate with our requests for information and documents necessary to pursue your claim.

5. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel our services within 14 days of signing our agreement without giving any reason. After this period, you may still cancel but may be liable for reasonable costs incurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to achieve the best outcome for every client, we cannot guarantee success. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us.
